Direct Pest Control adhere to the Countryside and Wildlife Act 1981 and the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986, 1987, as amended in 1997. We also follow all UK legislation related to pest control including The Protection of Animals Act 1911 and the Animal Welfare Act 2006 

Our personnel are committed to customer service as well as the best interests of the environment. Good pest control is about being reponsible and only controlling those creatures that have become pests. In certain cases, (particularly bumble bees and wild honey bees), we will opt for removal rather than eradication. If we find anyone being cruel to animals or using chemicals not approved by the Biocidal Products Directive, we reserve the right to report them and confiscate any chemicals and equipment involved.
